Aidan dedicated the DET vs ATL game to 16-year-old Jay. They connected over their love of football during a visit at Mott Children's Hospital.
A note from Jay’s family: Jay was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) in July. While his diagnosis has stopped him from playing football, he was worried about his team playing without him so he stepped up as a sideline coach and is a major part of the team at Addison High School. His team is currently 5-0. He is genuinely kind, generous, loving, caring and independent young man. We are #JayStrong.
